We believe the best way to tackle new challenges is to form local IT communities. These communities will be made up of people who want to assert themselves.

We hope to have several ITERs (several mini-communities), who will, in turn, support each other at all times. We will identify challenges, analyze proposals, seek solutions, and celebrate victories/results collectively.
